combine the following and let it soak over night:
1 cup corn meal
1/2 cup sorghum flour
1/4 cup garbanzo bean flour
1 cup warm nut or rice milk
1 Tablespoon lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
The next day add:
1/4 cup arrowroot or tapioca starch
2 flax eggs (Combine 2 Tbs ground flax with 6 Tbs water and let it sit for a few minutes to gel up.)
1 Tbs. Baking Powder
3/4 tsp. Xanthan Gum
3/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1/4 C. agave syrup
1/4 C. Coconut Oil, Melted
Bake 400 degrees in an 8 inch square pan for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly, cut into pieces, and serve!
