1/4 cup matcha powder
1/4 cup agave nectar
1 Tbls guar gum (not necessary, but gives it a nice consistency)
Blend together and put in the freezer or put into an ice cream maker for 25-30 min.
This is not very sweet and has a strong green tea taste, which is exactly how my mom and I like it. This is how they serve it in Japan and Korea! However, if you are used to American ice cream, you will want to add more sweetener and a little less matcha.
