1 cup spinach
1 ripe avocado
1 banana
1 1/2 cups almond milk
agave or honey to taste
Start off by blending the almonds in a food processor or blender until finely ground. Blend in one cup of spinach, 1 banana, and 1 avocado and then slowly add in the almond milk. If the banana was not very sweet, you might want to add a little agave or honey.
Serves two!
