I recommend using sprouted hummus because the protein content will increase by as much as 20%, nucliec acids by 30% and many vitamins by as much as 500%!!! Here is a simple recipe: Sprouted Hummus.
Lay out the nori and spread on a generous layer of hummus. Since the hummus is moist it will soak into the nori as it sits. I preferred it like this because it was easier and faster to eat. However, if you don't want a soft roll, you can roll it in two pieces of nori.
Line up whatever vegetables you have. Carrots, sprouts, cucumber, celery, bell peppers, spinach...everything works.
